All material on this website is copyrighted by BillyBeezer.com, unless otherwise noted, and may only be reproduced in accordance with these terms and conditions.  This includes, but is not limited to images, text, and HTML code.  This statement spells out your permissions and restrictions on the use of BillyBeezer.com and the materials contained herein.  BillyBeezer.com has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and without notice.

You may not use any of BillyBeezer.com's images, text or HTML code for commercial purposes without the permission of BillyBeezer.com.

You may not use any of BillyBeezer.com's images, text or HTML code on a website in which you have placed, or have contracted to have placed advertisements or referral links.  Exceptions will be made if advertisements or referral links are placed on your website by a free webspace provider, such as Geocities, Angelfire, Freewebs, etc.

You may use any of BillyBeezer.com's text on your personal website, provided you credit BillyBeezer.com as the source of such text, and provided it is used in the same context as it exists on BillyBeezer.com.

You may only use BillyBeezer.com's HTML code with permission from BillyBeezer.com.  If given permission, you must credit BillyBeezer.com as the source of the code.

You are permitted to use any of the images on BillyBeezer.com on your own personal website provided the following conditions are met:

Anyone wishing to use images from BillyBeezer.com must first notify BillyBeezer.com of their intent, and provide BillyBeezer.com with the address of the website on which the images will be used.

BillyBeezer.com has the right to ask you to remove or replace any material, at any time, for any reason, even if you have complied with all the terms and conditions of BillyBeezer.com.

Any website that wishes to use images from BillyBeezer.com must contain a working e-mail address so that you can be notified in the event BillyBeezer.com asks you remove an image, or update an image with a better version.

You may not alter BillyBeezer.com's images in any way.  This includes, but is not limited to cropping; resizing; changing the color, brightness or contrast; changing the file size; or altering text on an image.  If you would like to use one of my images with different dimensions, e-mail me and I will try to accommodate you.

You may not hotlink to any images on BillyBeezer.com.  Hotlinking is when you link directly to an image on another website to use it on your own website.  For example, any HTML image source attribute on your website that begins like this is in violation of BillyBeezer.com's terms and conditions:

Any images that do not have "Beezer" on them must be accompanied by visible text stating that the image is copyrighted by, came from, or is property of BillyBeezer.com.

All images must be accompanied by alt text stating that the image is copyrighted by, or is property of BillyBeezer.com.  Here are two examples of alt text you can add to your image tag:
<img alt="©BillyBeezer.com" src=...>
<img alt="property of BillyBeezer.com" src=...>

You may use any of BillyBeezer.com's images for other personal, non-commerial uses.  These includes such things as greeting cards, newsletters, wallpaper, screen savers, jigsaw puzzle programs, etc.  Used this way, you need not credit BillyBeezer.com as the source, and you may alter the images to suit your needs.
