Sweet Pepperbush grows about 7' tall. It produces lots of white flower clusters, which give off a strong fragrance. It blooms for about a month beginning in late July, and is a great shrub for attracting butterflies. If you plant this, be aware that it produces many aggressive suckers. I prune these periodically to keep the shrub from encroaching upon its neighbors. |
